Overview:
The warehouse associate is responsible for all areas relating to the warehouse. This person will also be responsible for general housekeeping, checking in lease returns and putting away stock, shipping UPS supply orders, loading and unloading trucks and assisting anywhere needed in the warehouse. This individual will need to be very organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all lease returns are checked in and processed
- Removing of hard drives from the equipment and completing the hard drive wipe certificate Researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections
- Participate in Quarterly Physical Inventories
- Checking in stock orders and putting away products on the shelf
- General Housekeeping
- Picking and pulling machines from racks for daily orders
- Rotating equipment and supply stock- FIFO methodology
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Department backup
- Encourages and builds effective relationships by communicating positively with all COTG employees
- Maintains positive and professional phone etiquette during conversations with customers and internal employees.
- Detailed follow up and proactively seeking resolution to any pending equipment challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast past environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to deal with differing personalities.
- Strong initiative and willingness to seek out information.
- Organizational Skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a sometime demanding environment is critical.
- Must be able to work evening and/or weekend hours during peak periods.

Computer Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office Suites (Excel, Word)
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree preferred but not required
- Previous logistics and asset management experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and regularly lift 50-70 lbs.
- Able to safely maneuver oversized and overweight equipment
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate-controlled
